Processing and Shipping

Packages are shipped within 2 working days maximum of receipt of your payment.


We process and ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once deposited with our carriers, we are in no way responsible for the theft or loss of the package. In this case, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to open an investigation into the delivery of your package.

In the event of damage or loss of your package by the carrier, reimbursement is not possible, a credit note and a return of your package will then be offered to you.
