REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We hope you enjoy your purchases.
After receiving your package, it is imperative to check if the product complies with your order, in case of failure or non-compliance, you can then formulate your request and send it to: [email protected].
You have 14 days from receipt or collection of your order to return an item. This must reach us before the end of this period.
Items must reach us in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, soiled, damaged, scratched, stained or washed items.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods personalized at your request. Sale or promotion items cannot be returned.
Before making a return, please send us an email to let us know. We will let you know the address to return your parcel to and the procedure to follow.
The costs of returning to Morocco will be at your expense. The shipment must be accompanied by a tracking number that you must communicate on the day of shipment of the package.
Any customs fees will also be your responsibility.
When we have received your return in good condition, we will issue the refund within 7 days.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return your package to us with the order form.

Once the package has been returned and received, Le Konooz will proceed either to the full refund or to the exchange according to your request.

A notification email will be sent once your request has been processed.

In the event of a refund, please note that it may take 5-10 business days for it to appear on your statement. Additional processing delays may occur.
NB: returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received does not correspond to the item ordered.
